Kindergarten Literacy Lab
Give your child a strong start on the journey to becoming a confident reader! Our Kindergarten Reading Lab is designed for students who are ready to strengthen their early literacy skills through engaging books, hands-on activities, literacy games, and small-group instruction. Using research-based strategies and a fun, interactive approach, students will build the foundational skills needed for reading success.
Throughout the class, students will develop phonemic awareness, strengthen phonics skills, and master letter sounds, CVC words, blends, digraphs, long vowels, and other foundational spelling patterns. They will build a growing bank of high-frequency sight words, improve their ability to blend and decode words, and begin reading with increased fluency and confidence. Students will also expand their vocabulary, develop strong reading comprehension, explore story elements, and respond to books through simple writing activities that reinforce understanding.

Kindergarten Math Explorers
Kindergarten math doesn't have to stop at counting! Our Kindergarten Math Lab is designed for students who are eager to explore math beyond the traditional classroom and are ready for an extra challenge. Through engaging games, hands-on manipulatives, STEM activities, and real-world problem-solving, students will develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts while building confidence and a love for learning.
Students will strengthen their number sense to 100, explore addition and subtraction strategies, master number bonds, and develop an understanding of place value, skip counting, and patterns. They will also investigate shapes, measurement, money, and time through interactive activities that make math meaningful and fun. A strong emphasis is placed on problem-solving, as students learn multiple strategies for finding solutions and, just as importantly, explaining their mathematical thinking and how they arrived at their answers.
With our small-group setting and certified teachers, each child receives individualized instruction that builds a strong mathematical foundation while preparing them for first grade and beyond. By encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and mathematical communication, students leave class with the confidence to tackle new challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
